Employees took part in an afternoon of organized games and sports while enjoying picnic foods and raffle prizes on the Metem lawn!

Metem employees have come together to help those in need this holiday season.  Over 600 articles of clothing, toiletries, and food items were collected and donated to a local community soup kitchen!

In order to expeditiously recover from the impact of Superstorm Sandy, many Metem employees worked to procure and install a generator to ensure that the plant would be fully operational shortly after this historic storm impacted New Jersey.

Metem is proud of the achievements it has made over the years, and wanted to honor the very most important aspect to its success...its employees!  Employees and their families celebrated the company's rich 50-year history with a Gala hosted at the Hilton Parsippany in Parsippany, NJ where they enjoyed dinner, dancing, and raffles.  Employees danced the night away as they cheered to the NEXT 50 years!

Today the 50th Anniversary group photo was taken in front of the Metem building in Parsippany, NJ!  Employees donned their 50th Anniversary polo shirts and gathered under the 50th flag on Metem's lawn.

Here at Metem we believe in providing a healthy and safe environment for our employees. We also encourage a healthy lifestyle when off the clock! To help alleviate the costly gym memberships, we are now offering a partial reimbursement to all employees that choose to partake in a fitness program outside of work. They can choose the gym and program that are most convenient and suitable to their needs. Metem will reimburse up to a certain amount each month.

To keep the celebration going all year, Metem will be raffling off various restaurant gift cards and providing bagels/doughnuts and coffee free for its employees on or around the 5th of each month until the end of the year.
